And where have I put this experience to use?  At multi-national giants (including Johnson & Johnson and Schlumberger), market leading global companies (for example, Solvay and Sealed Air), a private equity-owned company (Diversey) and several entrepreneurial small-to-midsized businesses, including one of the UK’s fastest growing private companies (Volac International).

My Purpose

My personal purpose is to open up spaces for others to be fully human at work, to be inspired by the potential and energy of all that is possible. When I open these spaces, people connect with themselves and others to achieve in personally sustainable ways that matter. It’s all about moving forward, together. These spaces can be as small as a one-on-one dialogues, or as big as a purpose-led organizational culture … and so many other environments in between.

Meaning Matters.

I have had the privilege of contributing — as a co-author, developmental partner, editor or reviewer — to over 30 business books. These projects have enriched my understanding of humanity and the enterprises we create. And through this work, I’ve come to know some of the most inspiring thinkers in the fields of leadership and strategy.
